WHY "LEONORA":
I call my leotards with the names of female opera characters, written by Italian composers for now. I am inspired more by their character than by the style than their stage dress. Most of the operas were set in similar eras, the necklines they wore were more or less the same.
Leonora is a character from Giuseppe Verdi's opera 'Il trovatore'. The story has a complicated storyline and turns around Leonora, lady-in-waiting to the Princess of Aragon who is in love with Manrico, the troubadour.
Ryna exceptionally well cut leotard has a high leg line and features a pretty gathered front and back. Bra lining.
Here is our beloved leonora camisole in a summer version! This delicious print features a background in 4 different colors and yummy little strawberries accompanied by little flowers in the same hues.
