WHY "MIMI'":

I call my leotards with the names of female opera characters, written by Italian composers for now. I am inspired more by their character than by the style than their stage dress. Most of the operas were set in similar eras, the necklines they wore were more or less the same.

Mimi' is the female lead in Giacomo Puccini's 'La Boheme', first performed in 1896 at the royal theatre in Turin. She is an seamstress who falls in love with Rodolfo, a penniless poet. Tragedy, alas, is just around the corner. Mimì is ill with tuberculosis and therefore her love with Rodolfo is destined to end.

Bandeau mesh leotard with a back mesh panel, sleeveless, but you can custom with your favorite sleeve lenght.
