Terms and Conditions Terms and Conditions

These policies constitute the framework for maintaining a workable relationship with the customers. These guidelines are not intended to make things complicated for a dissatisfied customer. Naturally I will do my best to make sure that customers are not only happy with their Ryna piece(s) but also satisfied with the service behind it. In order to practice a sustainable system of dealing with any problems you may have with your order, we ask that you adhere to the following. If this is not possible, please do not hesitate to contact me directly to discuss an alternate course of action.

Returns, Exchange and Cancellations
No Ryna items can be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect in the production. In that case, the item needs to be returned within 14 days from when it was received and in its original packaging. An exchange will be issued for that item but no refund. If there is a fault in production you must send an email explaining in detail what the problem is and your order number if applicable. You may be asked to provide a digital photo of the problem before we agree remake your piece. DO NOT SEND ANYTHING BACK UNLESS YOU HAVE CONFIRMATION FROM US. Please email at info@rynadancewear.com for informations on how to return the item.
Items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned.
If all of these stipulations are met, we will reimburse you for return postage. Items returned that do not comply with our return policy will be discarded or returned at the customers' expense.
No cancellations or changes can be made to your order once it has been placed.
If for any reason I am unable to fill your order right away due to the unavailability of material, I will notify you immediately and I'll try my best to find another solution as fast as I can.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Shipping

We ship exclusively with SDA and your order will usually leave our company in 48 hours. 

On an average control SDA takes 24/48 hours to deliver in Italy (all regions). It takes from 2 to 6 days for delivery in Europe and other countries. 

You will receive a TRACKING code confirming your order so that you can keep track of the delivery.

Deliveries to Italy cost 6,90€ for purchases under 99€, while all deliveries for purchases over 99€ are FREE.

Deliveries to UE countries cost 14,90€ for purchases under 199€, while all deliveries for purchases over 199€ are FREE. 

Extra EU countries and Switzerland deliveries cost 25€ for purchases under 350€, while all deliveries for purchases over 350€ are FREE**.

**Please note that any customs duty required by non EU countries must be paid by the customer.

 

Return Shipping
To return your product for refund or exchange, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
If you are shipping an item over euro 50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Fabric care:

  • Hand wash only in cold water.
  • Use very mild detergent.
  • Iron on a low heat (for ballet skirts only).
  • For wool lay flat to dry and do not use dryer.

Ryna is not responsible for items that are damaged during washing.
