  • Why I can't put on the shopping cart my leotard? 

Dear customer, how you can se from the catalogue, there are unlimited options to make your leotard, thats why it is not possible to buy directly your unique Ryna leotard. You have to write an e-mail to info@rynadancewear.com with your height and weight and your order. IMPORTANT: you have to use name, code, color that you find on my web site. Examples of what is forbidden: "I want leotard with short sleeves, open back and and contrasting trim". Examples of what is right: "I want Aida front style, 2/5 sleeves, U back style, trim just on the neck line...". 

 

  • How can I pay my Ryna leotard?

Ones your order is in progress (so you pay later) you will receive an e-mail with all information for payments. In any case and at the moment, you can pay with PayPal or Bank Transfer.

 

  • Where Ryna leotards are made?

Every Ryna leotard is unique, made one by one, in Italy (Rome) with Italian fabrics. 

 

  • How long it takes to receive a Ryna leotard?

It depends from the orders I have, you can just write an e-mail just to know, I have no problems to answer to all of you. But I take minimum one month waiting period before sending the leotard. Than shipping time depends from where you are: Italy 24/48 hours, Europe 7/10 working days, rest of the world 10/12 working days. Yes, if you have an important audition just ask me and I see if I can make it for you.

 

  • How much a Ryna leotard costs?

Always depending on how many things you add to you your unique Ryna leotard, fabrics, lace, inserts, trim and lining (remember to specify if you want and where). Write an email with your order to know how much it is your leotard. Don't forget to write the destination of it and remember buying two accessories from the web site SHIPPING is FREE.

 

  • What if my leotard doesn't fit?

It means that something went wrong with the size you wrote, anyway, you can send back your leotard (your expense) and I can fix up what didn't go. If leotard is damaged I can't do anything. In any case I am here to listen to your requests.

 

  • What if the leotard I made I don't like anymore?

It is your problem, it is a life low, to pay for our mistakes and to learn from them.
